Our Aim
1. To ensure that our students, who we will graduate, have a successful career in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering by demonstrating sound technical competence and expertise and adapting to technological innovations;
2. To enable our students to use their design and analytical thinking abilities, to enable them to produce innovative solutions in application and research studies in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering;
3. To educate our students with the necessary competence in order for them to become well-known and mentioned experts in the field of electricity;
4. To enable our students to be exemplary people in their professions by exhibiting behaviors such as honesty, virtuosity, leadership, and cooperation.
Areas of Employment of Electrical and Electronics Engineers
1. They work on the design and manufacture of electrical machines and power transformers in factories and enterprises.
2. They design control and automation systems and ensure the sustainability of existing systems.
3. They work in factories and enterprises where high-voltage and power electronics systems are located.
4. They work in factories and enterprises where switchgear fields, the cable industry, and lighting systems are located.
5. There are wide job opportunities based on design, project design, sales representation, customer service, and relationships in the industry and other public and private organizations that support the industry.
6. They work as engineers and managers in the communication, automotive, power plants, and electricity transmission/distribution sectors with research and development departments in the private and/or government sector.
7. Those who continue and/or complete their graduate studies take a position as a teaching staff member at higher education institutions.
8. They carry out consultant activities in accordance with the requests of institutions and organizations.
Nowadays, when technological developments are progressing rapidly, there is an intense need for electrical and electronics engineering graduates in the above-mentioned fields.
